Congressman Zack Space helps weatherize home

Congressman Zack Space (D-18th Ohio) and Ohio Department of Development Director Lisa Patt-McDaniel were trained as new crew members at LEADS Community Action. The training and tour at the home of James and Darlene Carr was part of a celebration of Ohio's place at the head of the pack in weatherizing homes with funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
