Community Action Partnership of the Greater Dayton Area hosted a group of marchers from the Poor People's Economic Human Rights Campaign as part of the agency's Community Action Month celebration. Congressman Zack Space helps weatherize home

Congressman Zack Space (D-18th Ohio) and Ohio Department of Development Director Lisa Patt-McDaniel were trained as new crew members at LEADS Community Action. The training and tour at the home of James and Darlene Carr was part of a celebration of Ohio's place at the head of the pack in weatherizing homes with funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Candace Roseman, a graduate of the class, offered a powerful description of poverty based on her personal experience.
